They are garnishing my wages, co-signed for a friend, they passed away 2 years ago. I thought there was a clause that the loan would be paid off if that happened. I asked how much was owed and was told they couldn't tell me that. If I don't know how much is due, how could I pay it off? Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Hey, this company is a joke because they will not work with you on the payments. When I tell them I don’t have that much and explain to them how much I got, they say, "We can’t take that." Huh, now they are harassing me. Come to my house levening letters on my door Now they talk about a lawsuit; this is because... I don’t have the money right now

For the past 6/7 years, I have been using tower loan and built up a good relationship with them.
Lately, because of a 'glitch' in their system, my draft payments for a mortgage weren't taken out for the last four months. The 1st three I went in and thought I got it straightened out, then the following month I had to go pay cash because they screwed up and caused me an NSF. I refinanced a couple weeks later and wouldn't you know it... for the next year I have to walk in with $1800 and not only for that note, but for a smaller personal for $312 only because it's drafted from the same bank account!!! I never can get a supervisor to call me. I'm put on the back burner every time I ask probably because they don't want to get in trouble. If I could pay this off, I would, and never use them again. Learn the hard way.

They are lawsuit-happy—a garbage lender. Warning to the wise: don't use them! They don't even deserve one star. They will harass you at your home, both in person and by leaving letters. Just a word of warning—read the reviews for this company and don't line their pockets with your hard-earned money!

We've had several accounts with Tower Loans and have always made our payments on time, never missing or being late. Since paying off our accounts, they have been pushing us to take out loans that we do not need. So when we refused, they marked our accounts as closed with the three main credit bureaus. This action caused my credit rating to drop by 4 points. Now, if we ever decide to use their services again, my credit will likely drop another 4 points just for opening a new account. After paying an interest rate of almost 37% on all our loans, and consistently being punctual with our payments, I would have expected better treatment. Tower Loan, please do not disturb me again with your deceptive practices.

Amarillo Tower Loan ?. The manager is a very professional person with excellent customer service skills. He explained the procedure and process of the loan application in detail. There should be more Tower Loan branches around Texas. Great work ? to the Amarillo manager.

The reason I give Tower Loan a 1 is because when they give you a loan, they convince you to take out this insurance. It's supposed to cover your payments if you get laid off from your job. Well, that's a big lie. I have an open loan now, and I've been laid off from my job for six months, and they don't want to pay.

I am behind because I have poor health. I went in there to try to make a partial payment. Unfortunately, they can't accept half payments now, even though they did before. I paid some on 1/6/24, a total of $200, they accepted that, and now they are taking me to court. They don't cooperate with you and exhibit poor attitudes when you're short on money. I advise not to seek help from there and wish I could talk to someone above them. I also took $100 today, and they would not accept the money.

Harassing people I've not spoken to in 20 years, whose information I never released, claiming I used them for references because I was a few weeks late after months of perfect payment history.

Called to speak with someone concerning the loan payoff. "Manager" was extremely belligerent, overtly aggressive, and would not let me speak. The manager who referred to himself as "Coalie" (his first name is Emil) refused to listen to me when I asked if the loan was paid in full. "Manager" would place me on hold without notice and continued as if he were playing a game. The manager was verbally abusive and dismissively refused to advise me of my account information in terms of payoff. Previous experiences had been positive until dealing with this individual.

I am disabled only getting my social security check and paying half of the note now that I can’t preach anymore and they are stil Suing me they have changed lawyers twice and making me pay the court cost and Attorney see I have consulted with to Att and they said for me not to pay anything the attorney was so rude he hung up on me. I have a bad heart and high blood pressure had to take nitroglycerin.this is Harassment the Brookhaven Mississippi office

I received a check in the mail and was really needing it to pay for my semester back to school. I ended up receiving the money and then unable to pay the first payment. They have called me non stop and they have been calling my sister every other day. Today they stopped by my house and harassed my brother and father looking for me. This is the most inappropriate behavior I have ever experienced from a company and I will take legal action if they continue to harass my family. Do not do any type of business with this company.
