General guidance for visiting. Please be aware hours may differ from this guidance in some areas of care – see below Visiting Hours.
- Use antibacterial hand wash before entering and upon leaving our facilities. There are also hand sanitiser stations located throughout our facilities so please make use of them.
- Stay home if you have a cough, cold, diarrhoea or vomiting.
- Only two visitors are allowed at any one time in a patient’s room; additional visitors should be escorted to the café on the ground floor and asked to rotate in and out of the patient room. Please speak to the ward manager if there are exceptional circumstances.
- We operate a number of security systems in order to keep the premises and environment safe and secure for patients, visitors and caregivers.
- Individual patient preferences regarding the visitation of family or friends will be always adhered to subject to any clinically necessary or reasonable restrictions or limitations.
- Children are discouraged from visiting, but are authorised to visit patients when accompanied by adults.
- Guide dogs or therapy dogs are authorised with prior notification to the ward manager, who will notify our Front of House team for awareness
- The ward manager can restrict visiting should it have a negative impact on the patient’s wellbeing.
In situations where it may be necessary for patient visitation to be limited or restricted, the reasons for the limitation or restrictions shall be clearly explained to the patient.

- Visitors are requested to report to reception upon arrival, and they will then be given a visitors’ badge which must be worn during the visit. Visitors will need to check out following the visit.

Parking
Cleveland Clinic London Hospital
Our hospital is located in a metered parking area with several pay and display bays, which allow parking for up to 4 hours. These bays are within a short walking distance from the hospital on Chester Street, Chapel Street and Montrose Place. There are designated drop-off and pick-up points outside both entrances to the hospital, located on Grosvenor Place and Chester Street.
We offer a limited number of reserved parking bays for our patients and visitors at Euro Car Park, situated a few minutes' drive from the hospital:

To secure one of these parking bays, it is essential to make a booking before your arrival using the RingGo App:
- Go to the App Store on your smart phone and download the RingGo Parking App.
- Register with your email address and mobile number, and create your password.
- Type in “search by code” - code for patients and visitors – enter 32521.

Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre
There is no onsite car park at Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre.
We encourage you to use public transport, taxi or have a friend or relative drop you off for your appointment.
Metered parking is available within close proximity for up to 4 hours. You can find these spaces within a few minutes' walk on Duchess Street and Portland Place.
Cleveland Clinic Moorgate Outpatient Centre
There is no onsite car park at Cleveland Clinic Moorgate Outpatient Centre. Limited metered parking is available within close proximity for up to 4 hours. You can find these spaces on Coleman Street, which is just a 1-2 minute walk from Cleveland Clinic Moorgate Outpatient Centre via Nun Court.
Additional metered parking options are situated at London Wall Car Park and Barbican Centre, accessible via Silk Street or the Beech Street tunnel (10-12 minute walk).
Please be advised that stopping or parking outside 55 Moorgate is not permitted.
For patients with mobility concerns who require wheelchair assistance, we recommend dropping off at the rear of our building on 77 Coleman Street and proceeding to the building reception where a member of our Front-of-House team will meet you.
Language Assistance
We provide translation and interpretation services free of charge for any language, including British Sign Language. Our certified medical interpreters assist with in-person interpretation during your visit and translating any written documentation when needed. Smoking Policy
Cleveland Clinic London is committed to the health and well-being of our patients, visitors and caregivers. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in our facilities.
Pharmacy
Our onsite pharmacy is located on the first floor of the hospital. Our pharmacy team are available to address any concerns you may have your medications.
Prayer rooms
A 24-hour prayer room is located on the first floor of the hospital is available for patients, families and caregivers of all faiths.
A 24-hour Muslim prayer room is located on the first floor of the hospital for patients, families and caregivers. Male and female prayer rooms are also available with ablution facilities.
Refreshments
Water and hot beverages are available for patients free of charge at Portland Place Outpatient Centre and Cleveland Clinic Moorgate Outpatient Centre.
Our hospital offers an onsite restaurant which serves a wide range of seasonal, contemporary dishes and is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our restaurant also has a ready-to-go section which is available 24 hours a day and offers a variety of items for purchase.

Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout our facilities.
